When working on some logos, the reasoning seems to snowball. That’s all good if it doesn’t affect the design adversely.
Reason one: Resonant Agency was in Bend, Oregon, home of the Three Sisters mountains — the three triangles.
Reason two: The repetition of forms and reversing of triangles and shades represents resonance.
Reason three: Bend, Oregon is at 45° latitude on the globe, hence the Sisters being at 45°.
Reason four: this makes an ‘r’ shape.
Handy bonus: adding a spot of delight, the embossed logo works on both sides (of, for example, a business card) when rotated 90°.
